Chemical Demise

Born from the need for extreme music, Blaskhyrt are a death metal band founded in late 2009 from an idea by Antonio Lo Fiego (lead guitar) and Danilo Cosa (singer). Once have found the perfect drummer in Alberto Foresti, they recruit Roman Khmelovskyy as bassist. After two months of activity they released The Empire's Plague, EP containing three unreleased songs. It also joins the group as rhythm guitarist Simone Martini. With this line up the band started a live activity with many dates, even in Milan and at the Culture Day and entered the studio in late July to record their full length debut VOID, out in early 2011. Unfortunately, during the recording session both bassist Roman and guitarist Simone decided to leave the band. The place of guitarist is taken by Lorenzo Fornaciari, and after various tests the bass player became Anil Koca. After the album release the band plays in various gigs around Emilia including Temporock in Gualtieri (RE), Chromium in Crevalcore (BO) and Viadana Chaos Assault Death Fest. In early 2012 they enter again in the studio to record their new album Ideological Carnage, that presents a style change, showing a more complex and refined but at the same time more brutal and technical songwriting, fostering an artistic growth of the quintet.
Death Metal without compromises, technique and speed of execution combined with the brutality of the riffs never dull, bonecrusher never boring drumming, clean bass never distorted with complex structure, refined and sophisticated lyrics focusing on the modern conception of religion, live performance full of grit and power with non-stop headbanging. These are Blaskhyrt.
