Lost And Lonely

So I came across a generic AI song in an app called TALKIE AI. I absolutely fell in love with the song and knew I had to do a humanized remix of it. Well, I ended up completely remaking the song from the ground up. I reimagined the piece with more orchestral/cinematic elements, adding in new backing melodies, new melodic progressions, and epic percussions and vocal choirs. I also extended the length and altered the structure a bit. The original had an oriental feel to it so I really tried to emphasize that more in my own version. This is the result. I don't normally do a lot of cinematic/ orchestral style songs, (though I aim to do more in the future) so the project was a challenge yet not too far out of my comfort zone. The whole process with new and extremely enjoyable to work on and I'm pleased with how well it turned out. (Just to clarify, I do not use AI to write my own music, and never intend to for that matter. But the original song that this piece is derived from IS AI generated. I just so happened to really love it so much that I couldn't resist remake/remix/reimagining it.

I had this game when I was 7 and played the heck out of it. I still remembered the songs from it after all these years. Imagine how excited I was to add my own touch to my favorite track from this game! Enjoy!

The first half I just beefed up a bit and added a few extra phrases and some bigger beats. Then the 2nd half I glitched it all up into a funky soup! I wanted to maintain the integrity of the original song, all the while adding a couple modern improvements!

All I gotta say is the people who originally wrote these songs were geniuses and my hats go off to them!

Chipmusic. Love it, always will. I meant this to be purely chipstep but the song adopted some dancey house features too so its a hybrid. I plan to stick to my course of action and creat a PURE chipstep song next that I've got my bearings back in the studio again.

I guess I consider myself a little circuit-bent, or broken in some areas, but I always hold on to the hope that things will get better. I think everyone should always hope as well because without it we are doomed to die inside little by little. Anyways, my themes, in my life, and therefore my music, seem to deal with the feeling of brokenness, yet finding beauty and pushing on despite these things. Enjoy!

There's so many amazing artists out there and the world of electronic music is a truly fascinating, inspiring, and colorful world that I've been getting lost in since I was a preteen. I love blending elements of Dubstep/Riddim/MidTempo, Electro, House, Complextro, Hardstyle, Trap, Chiptunes, and Synthwave/Cyberpunk. I'm drawn to intricate synthwork and basslines that weave and play off one another with a STRONG focus on melody. Occasionally pure genres emerge in my work but the majority of my songs are pretty much hybridized blends of whatever is inspiring me at the time.
