The Maya built many types of musical instruments, including rattling gourds filled with seeds or stones, turtle shells played with deer antlers, as well as whistles, ocarinas, modified seashells, and other wind instruments, said Zalaquett, who presented the Palenque findings at a recent meeting of the Acoustical Society of America in Cancún, Mexico. "some rooms and their interconnected spaces multiply echoes and bounce them back at listeners so rapidly that sounds appear to emanate from every direction at once" 
The Maya apparently weren't the only ancient Americans to use architecture to manipulate sound, another research team suggests.
In the Peruvian Andes, for instance, a stony underground maze may have been designed not only to amplify sound but to disorient minds.
Beneath Chavín de Huántar (map), a 3,000-year old ceremonial center that predates the Inca, lies a roughly half-mile-long (one-kilometer-long) complex of underground rooms and twisty corridors, all connected by air ducts.

Although we do not necessarily notice, geometry is all around us. It shapes the objects, relationships and matrixes around us and has its own sets of rules. In a way, Geometrical Progression shapes the way in which we interact with the world. In fact, with a special crafty hand such as Techyon – it has the ability to make new links and sonic structures that will establish innovative infrastructure to our sensorial experiences. 

These Geometrical Progressions have been outlined by Techyon, aka Ivan Pereira (Holophonik, Holographic Brain, Existence) and Pedro Stones (Keysense), who are both sound engineers from Portugal. Techyon was founded in 2004 with quantic maths and sacred geometry in mind to formulate a special pattern that will carve a new time travel experience. This voyage has the potential to transform various states of mind.

The formula that Techyon and Kin have worked on to ignite a new form of Geometrical Progression must contain invigorating sound experimentations that arouse the human ear. Then, along with Soulearth it will penetrate the outer layers until it reaches the Pineal Gland to spread serotonine all over the body for the proper exhilaration. It will no doubt create an extraordinary sensation, such that Egorythmia has foreseen, a sort of Beyond Gravity floating excitement that will generate an unforgettable trip.

In 2008 ZORFLUX aka Vasco Ribeiro (HORIZON Live with Eskimo in 2002 till 2006 ) and TWISTED REACTION aka Edvin Alperavitch met together to create the newest live project called "BLAZED". Serious sound with lots of groove & fat basslines . Funky Psychedelic bringing to you allways a full message of joy... 
This dual-head power project worked already on rmxs and collaborations with top artists of the scene such as Eskimo, Horizon, Cycle Sphere, X-noize, Avalon, Dickster, Rinkadink, Xsi ,Bionix, Nomad, Madmaxx, Waio, 40%, Bliss, Dapanji, Menog,  Journey, Alternative Control, Freaked Frequency, Protoactive and much more.

May 2011  the release of ENTHEOS , album of remixes by Portuguese/Israeli duo had arrived with a fine selection of killer dancefloor bombs to make your mind away ! 

Their first album SEE DEEP INSIDE, released on Phantasm Rec sister label ENZYME Rec in the summer of 2009 , Blazed a trail that took them to parties and events all over the world. Vasco has released killa tracks previously with ESKIMO as HORIZON (2002 till 2006)  and Edvin has his own project TWISTED REACTION.

2012,  this duo allready presented this new Live act in Brasil, Japan, Mexico, Israel, Uk, Portugal, Germany, Austria,Denmark, Russia, South Africa, France, Cyprus...  All so Universo Paralello festival in Brasil,Aurora festival Greece,Sothis festival Brasil, Freedom Festival@Portugal , Beatpatrol Festival Austria, Jungala Festival@South Africa,  and a lot more to come in the near future...
