I’ve been sitting at home today feeling sorry for myself with man flu…..…and girls, I mean damn serious, serious man flu. The Grim Reaper is kicking
down my front door as I speak. Anyways, to pass the time I thought I would have a go at this which has been on my to do this list for ages. It may well change 
when my ears have unclogged!

Like Leaves In The Wind - Nicola Conte Ft Jose James (Blazing Encore's Re - Groove)

Firstly, my thanks to Soulman321 for the heads up on this one and for his generosity.

This is another one for the modern jazz heads. The sort of tune you jump into the car
on a Monday morning to go to work, play this full whack and actually, alls OK in the world.

Love Papik, love Ely Bruna....and when you throw in Mario Biondi's producer you can't go 
wrong.......errr......well not until I get my grubby paws on it anyway.

Extended this out a tad, given it a subtle re-rub and then top 'n' tailed it with some sax for extra jazzyness.

This one is dedicated to Soulful'Inho here on SC to say thank you for all the support, encouragement, great musical taste ................and constant nagging that she has given me (ooops I'm in big do-do now :0).

If you haven't heard (where have you been!!), Mario has got a new album out and this is the first single off it.

I'm not exactly sure how I managed to squeeze such a long intro out of a three and a half minute track(!) but I hope I have just about got away with it (god bless beer:))  )

I Don't Know What You Done To Me (Blazing Encore's For Soulful'Inho Re-Groove) - Mario Biondi

A veteran jazz funker, I have been listening and collecting soul, dance and jazz for the past 35 years and is a very important part of my life. Inspired by listening to some of the great grooves, mixes and re-edits that are currently out there I figured I should do something with all the music I have amassed and which I love and adore. I have never DJ'd and what I know about music I could write on the back of a cigarette packet ( I know, I know, it shows!), but thought I'd give this a go. I'm into all genres of soul, dance and nu jazz and like to dust off a little gem which never quite made it out there and give it a fresh vibe.

I started remixing in August 2011 just fooling around on Garageband with just my intuition and a little help from Youtube to get me started. I am now working on Logic 9 and am trying to produce some of my own tracks as well as remixing.Not having a musical bone in my body can be a little frustrating at times so if there are any budding, or indeed accomplished, musicians, vocalists, 12 piece horn sections (!) who have a soulful or jazzy vibe that would like to do some collaboration work then I’d love to hear from you….as I would any mastering guru’s – Jeeesh, what son of a bit*h invented that!! :))

I am truly amazed I actually have a following here on SC and that people are actually listening and downloading my stuff. To you, I would like to say a BIG thank you for all your kindness and words of encouragement, and to those DJ’s on Solar, Starpoint, SoulLegends, JFS, Soulmine, Soulpower,Stomp JazzFM, Back2Back and everyone else that has been brave enough to actually  air some of this stuff – it means a lot!
