March 2020 "as the world is locked down musician search new ways to express their creativity" Blending Altitudes as a collaboration between Kaerian and SONICrider was founded.

Kaerian invites musicians to collaborate and SONICrider was looking for a vocalist that want to explore the experimental power of the voice.

After exchanging ideas how to combine musical ideas Kaerian sent some stems over to SONICrider.

About "Maybe Maybe Not Alt 1":

SONICrider ook the first part of "maybe3 - Track 9 - Voice ambiance 1.wav" and transformed the voice into a drone patch and added live modular sounds.

Some drum sounds as a heartbeat will pass later on + some old transmitted tunes with a space machine.

Alt 1 is a sort of intro, Alt 2 - 3 - ... will built more and more on vocal moments from "Maybe3 - stems".

- TipTop Audio Forbidden Planet
- Some Pittsburgh Modular tools
- Various attenuators & mixers

Recorded in one take where the voice was pre-programmed in Ableton.

Recorded, mixed and mastered (a bit) in Ableton using Softube Console 1 SSL 4000 emulation.
