Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content
All musical works, compositions, recordings, sound recordings, and any other original content (collectively, "Content") uploaded, posted, or made available by Joshua Alenza on www.soundcloud.com/joshuaalenzamuzik (the "Site") remain the exclusive intellectual property of Joshua Alenza, the creator and owner of such Content. Joshua Alenza retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Content, including any and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Content.

Grant of License to SoundCloud
By uploading or posting Content on the Site, you grant Joshua Alenza (the owner) a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to stream, display, and share the Content through the Site for the purposes of promoting and showcasing your works to the public. No Transfer of Rights
