Il progetto Orca nasce a Gennaio 2015 dalla collaborazione tra:

Andrea Reverberi - voce e chitarra (Torafugu/Gordo/Lineaviola)
Matteo Ranellucci - voce, piano e synth (Empatee Du Weiss/Jest)
Luca Bellei - chitarra (Baffodoro)
Davide Ferretti - batteria (Empatee Du Weiss)

I quattro musicisti si esibiscono con i rispettivi progetti nell’ambito della rassegna Red Noise (www.facebook.com/rednoise.it), curata da Olivier Manchion degli Ulan Bator, che li ingaggiati per suonare nel Collettivo Arzàn della città di Reggio Emilia (www.facebook.com/arzanorchestra), e li sprona a unire i percorsi artistici.

Da queste esperienze nasce la volontà di produrre insieme un EP di 4 pezzi dal suono trasversale: post rock, noise e psichedelia, con la particolarità del cantato in italiano.

Started playing electronic music after many years as bass player he approaches
to continue the expression of their imaginary sound through the use of the machines.
The language that emerges is minimal and dark, between ambient, kraut, field recordings
and soundtrack carpenter’s atmospheres.
Over time he improves the live set by placing visual and presenting the songs always like
new.
