Biography:

Sheldon Olivier better known as "ShelO" is a young talented Dj/Producer from JHB Gauteng 
At a very young age ShelO was exposed to a lot of Trance & Rave music which was all because of his party animal Grandmother, but as ShelO grew up his music selection changed and he grew a strong love for Funky House, DnB and Hip Hop, He Says he gives a lot of Credit to his older brother for introducing him to House Music.
He was Further introduced to the clubing scene, where he heard and fell inlove with Deep House, and the underground movement.
ShelO is a huge fan of Deep Tech , Deep House and any other Genre with a great vocal and a fat Bassline, He has always disliked well known music (ANYTHING COMMERCIAL) and feels a part of a Djs job is sourcing unknown music and Introducing the crowd to the latest and greatest numbers. 
ShelO is rising up fast and still has many many years ahead of him, He is currently studying music production through Soul Candi, where he completed his Djing courses, He has already played at top events Such as GI2MD, Pope, In-House sessions, Who?New & many more. He gives a lot of credit, Love & Respect to his mentor & Teacher Cody Blanc better known as thee DJ CODY B who has taught him and helped him succeed in this tough industry.
Sheldon has played alongside some of SA's Leading Pioneers in the Industry such as Nick Essential, Guy Herman, Wendy White, Vimo, Nuno Estevez, 2Lani The Warrior & and many many more... 
He is living the dream and believes hard work and dedication will get him to the top.

Biography:

Music Expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent. The adventure of the emotive art epitomizes all that D'Phault is. A simple desire to let his music express what words cannot.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa D'Phault was a self-taught pianist as well as connoisseur of the finest emotive art.Joining the Soul Candi Institute of Music at the age of 18, he desired to better his skills in music as an art as well as the production of it. 

Specialising in the deep house and nu-disco genres, D'Phault's passion for these genres can be felt during every live set. He has been working tirelessly in studio to refine his sound and gain more experience in the art. 

Playing alongside International artists as well as all of S.A's own Major artists in the past, his desire to spread his sound world wide is the fuel behind every beat, drop and emotively inspired bass line that is and will be released.

With a sound inspired by the likes of Noir Music, Mario Basanov, Rodriguez Jr. , Stimming, Pete Oak, Mano Le Tough and Bonobo to name a few. 

D'Phault is developing a production talent based on the two key ingredients; heart and emotion to convey his passion through Music, To the world.

Biography:

We started as solo DJ’s. Ricardo moving more towards the upbeat underground sounds and Kerwen 

being more hip hop and RnB. We then started vibing off of one another and fell in love with the 

deeper sounds and House Mobb was born. It’s the genre we specialise in with a gangster influence, 

hence the name HOUSE MOBB. We specialised at house parties and with age entered the club life. 

7 years of DJ background, it was no walk in the park, but hard work paid off and we were destined 

for this! Steven Botes joined in on the production side of House Mobb, in which he has 5+ years 

experience and also has a Dj background but that he does solo...

Our inspirations started with the likes of Dave Spoon aka Shadow Child and Dusky crossing borders 

to Dennis Ferrer, Oskido, Mbuso and Fresh. Local talents such as Nick Essential, Thorne Miller, Guy 

Herman, House Knights, Kyle Watson, Vimo and many many more had the most impact as we saw 

how they transformed the dancefloor in a matter of seconds.

Biography:

Inspired at the age of 13, Guils has always had a massive love for music. Guils has studied production and various DJ styles and techniques at places such as Retro Music and Soul Candi institute of music. He is currently trying to release a few tracks on international record labels like Silk Music and Discover Deep. He strives to be a major impact in the deep house and tech house genres and create a bigger and better opportunity for the underground deep house and tech house artists.

Guils is currently studying at the academy of sound engineering to further his skills in the music industry. With so many ideas for tracks and albums he is definitely an artist to watch out for.

Meet SOTD - Soldiers of the Deep Formed over the love of Deep House through mutual friends Left-hand man Diago Ganchino - residing from the eastern parts of JHB Great artists have influenced him to create his own style. Diago brings a basey and dynamic sound to SOTD Right-hand man - Lester Steenbok - residing from the eastern parts of JHB. A mad obsession with funky house, hand clapping beats and dubby vibes he brings to SOTD. The confident and powerful duo are just making their appearance in the industry with a handful of highlighting gigs. They also created their very own annual event series called "Deep Missions
