In an effort to try to do some good in the world, we gathered the fam to put together a mega compilation in order to raise some money to help people in Syria. 100% of proceeds will be donated to help support the White Helmets, people dedicated to saving lives affected by the ongoing war. 

Hosted by Inner Ocean Records + O-NEI-RIC Tapes + Saikei Collective, we gathered 109 lofi tracks from 109 different artists. The compilation spans 2 fully loaded tapes with approximately 100 minutes per tape, totalling almost 4 hrs of super chilled beats.

BLESS Vol. 1 [full tape]

It's me doing a vocal cover of April by TesseracT. In December I tried to do a live cover of the track (with video) but by the time I got to the end of the track I'd always fuck up the final note. So, I used the takes from that attempt and made a non-live vocal cover of the track.

This is on the acoustic version of the track off of Perfection. I actually recorded it on top of the bass video that Amos posted to YouTube, if anyone is wondering where I got the instrumental version of the track from: http://youtu.be/DAGqCAsk3gQ

Vocals were recorded with an SM58 into an M-Box MobilePre using my MacBook and Reaper. I used the plugins that came with Reaper for processing: Gate -> EQ -> Comp -> Limiter -> Delay -> Reverb.
