BlitZ are an EXPLOSIVE! 3-piece rock band from Nottingham,UK that deliver a high octane performance and have been tearing the roof of venues around the UK leaving the crowd wanting more.
Formed in 2015 BlitZ are
Stuart Cordon Vocals and Bass
Kevin Simpson-Guitar
Mat Davis-Drums and Vocals
The band released a 7 track EP in 2016.Followed by their debut album "Welcome To The Rock" released in 2019 via City Of Lights Records receiving staggering reviews from around the world. Their highly anticipated 2nd album "Fight To Survive" released via KSM RECORDS AND ENTERTAINMENT in August 2020 receiving great reviews from-Power Play,Fireworks,HRH,Japans- Burrn,Germanys-Hardline,Rock Hard Break Out magazines.
The singles Rock City Nights and Waiting For Waiting were played by Dean Jackson on BBC Radio Nottingham.
The band had great plans for live shows in 2020 but due to Covid19 all plans are on hold until further notice,however the band did record a song in lockdown called "We're Alright " asking for the help of the rock community to send in photos of them holding up a sign saying "We're Alright" and they were featured in the lyric video.
