Born and raised in Pine Lawn, St. Louis, MO, HeartBreak Bonez has had a passion for music since childhood. Inspired by artists like Lil Wayne and Bow Wow at just six years old, he committed early on to the craft of rap. Over the years, that passion evolved into purpose.

After earning his high school diploma through St. Louis Job Corps, Bonez served four years of active duty in the U.S. Army. His life journey—from military service to overcoming homelessness and growing up in the streets of St. Louis—shaped his unique perspective and sound. These real-life experiences are the foundation of his music.

In February 2024, Bonez embraced the Rastafari faith, a spiritual turning point that deepened his connection to his message. By March 2025, he began producing and selling his own beats under the alias "ILuvHeartBreak."

HeartBreak Bonez delivers music that’s raw, honest, and reflective of the many sides of life he's lived. Known for his authenticity and heartfelt lyricism, he uses his platform to inspire, uplift, and give back to the community that raised him. His goal is to open doors for others facing similar struggles—proving that even those born into hardship can rise, build, and thrive.
