With my Rhythm Control mix I wanted to explore a slightly different sound than what people know me for in clubs, and create something that sounds timeless. I've drawn inspiration from different places in time and different styles, and I saw this as a way for me to collect into one place all of those more eclectic influences that continue to inspire me. Most of all this is a mix of slow jams and indie rock to bring some heat in on those cold cold winter nights.

Mindaugas Lapinskis has just seen a couple break through years into the world of techno after already enjoying an established career producing scores for the film and TV world. His first artist EP, <em>Ys</em>, under his Gardens of God moniker broke on Maceo Plex's Ellum Audio imprint at the beginning of 2014 and has since released a further two records establishing his place at the core of the label's aesthetic and building up key press support from the likes of XLR8R and Attack Magazine. The label takeover of the club this Easter Thursday will see him make his debut here in Farringdon and to demonstrate his colour rich and warmly toned take on the four four genre we invited him to share an exclusive new mix for the fabric blog...

Ladies and gentlemen, 
due to police intervention and the early shut down of last night's event at Mirage, I was not able to finish my set. :-( poor Bedouins weren't able to play at all )-;

Luckily I have an excerpt of my last New York set at hand, so you can continue your acid experience with this one. It was the third day of a little tour in March that brought me to the #akumandra party at #HouseOfYes. (Thanks to everybody for having made this a very special night)
The set was actually supposed to be released as third part of my trilogy, but, hey, I am happy to trade conceptional purity for spontaneity ;-)


Nothing more to say, but thanks to everybody who came out last night and had to leave earlier than expected and of course thanks a lot to #Cityfox for making it all happen.

These albums comprise the original soundtrack to The Babylonian Enterprise, the second novel of a seven-part series blending the genres of non-fiction, science-fiction, meta-fiction, and fantasy. 'Mk2 Vol.1' (tracks 1-8) is predominantly composed of revised pieces from previously unreleased compilations, along with two new songs written for the album. 'The Babylonian Enterprise' (tracks 9-18) serves as the narrative's original score.
