Fable for House/TechHouse and Techno with Groove

Honduran-born, with a passion for sounds that are both hypnotic and fast.

Born in 1972, Fabio starts playing piano at the age of 10. At the end of the ‘80s he develops an interest in house and techno music and starts playing as a DJ at private parties and clubs in Florence, Italy.

In the same period he became interested in music production and, back in 1990, he produces his first house and techno tracks using an Atari computer, a Korg synthesizer and a Roland samples.

In 1993 his first track is released on vinyl by the label “Remove Records”. In the same year Fabio starts his electronic engineering studies and, after 2 years of parallel experiences as DJ and keyboard player in different Acid Jazz bands, he decides to stop his musical activities to dedicate completely to his studies.

In 2000 he gets his master degree in digital electronics engineering with a thesis in audio compression techniques based on MP3 standard.

Following his interest in his home town Florence and his passion for its night life, in October 2003 he launches www.firenzenotte.it, the first web2.0 guide to Florentine night life.

In August 2004 Fabio decides to restart his activities as DJ and producers, after a 10 years stop, adopting the nickname of MIRADA™. After a renew of his home recording studios, he starts again with his productions in March 2005. After one year, in March 2006, MIRADA™ releases his first album "Unexpected Sunsets" with the Dutch label “Chill Out Records” and, in May, his remix of “Uma Viagen Nu Tempo” by Blade & Masquenada Family on Cavernjatt records.

In 2006 he decides to move to Belgium where he lives for one year studying for an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management. It was during the MBA that Fabio developed the idea to start up www.mymusicset.com, the first electronic music store and community dedicated to DJs and open both to labels and music producers.

Back to Florence, on May 1st 2008 he launches a new version of www.firenzenotte.it and on June 13th restart his DJ career with the first “firenzenotte party” at Central Park, one of the main clubs in Florence, Italy.

In his own productions and DJ sets, Fabio proposes a stylish and energic Deep House and, since June 2008, he plays in the best clubs and lounges in the Florentine area including: Central Park, Le Pavoniere, Caffatorre, Plasma, Kitsch, MaryluClub (where he shares the console with  Stefano Noferini), Strizzi Garden, Lochness Lounge, Casa Della Creatività,  Baraka, BizClub, Boston-T, Cafè de Paris, Moyo, Officina, Noir, Auditorium FLOG, Full Up Club, Saschall.
