To celebrate 20 years of building Labyrinths, we have decided to release one set from each of the last ten years. I've chosen ten timeless moments that both document the history of the event and provide a historical snapshot of underground electronic music over the past ten years.

We have chosen a broad range--from closing techno sets, to morning ambient sets, to experimental sets to close the night. Each set represents a different side of the event. Taken together, they present a portrait of a decade of music.

The Labyrinthの20周年を記念して、過去10年間を振り返り、それぞれの年からひとつのミックスをピックアップすることにしました。イベントの歴史を記録すると同時に、過去10年間のアンダーグラウンドエレクトロニックミュージックの歴史的なスナップショットを提供します。今聞いても色褪せない、タイムレスな極上のミックスをお楽しみください。

テクノのクロージングセットから、朝のアンビエントセット、そして夜を締めくくるエクスペリメンタルセットまで幅広いセレクトですが、どのセットもThe Labyrinthの欠かせない側面を表しており、ここ10年におけるエレクトロニック ミュージックの全容とも言えるでしょう。

Nic Lorenz is a young, rising tech-house DJ and producer from Cologne, Germany. With his groovy and banging sound, he has been tearing up the crowds in Cologne's most famous clubs week by week. Besides his rolling sound, his positive spirit on stage is infectious, keeping the vibes high and the dance floor moving. With his enthusiastic attitude, Nic Lorenz transfers his energy to the masses like no other.

He has made a name for himself not only in his hometown but also on an international level and has already played in Amsterdam & several times in the most famous Complex Maastricht. In addition to regular gigs in the Netherlands, he has already performed in Austria, Denmark - Copenhagen and numerous German cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt & Düsseldorf. He has a popular residency at Oh Baby Anna in Düsseldorf, where he thrills the crowd with his sound every month. Besides that he's been found regularly on the 102 Club line-up, where he plays alongside the biggest electronic names the world has to offer. 2024 marks a special year since Nic Lorenz also made his debut for the worldwide known Kiesgrube (Keezy).
With his passion for electronic music and his feel for the perfect groove, Nic Lorenz creates an atmosphere where people can completely immerse themselves in the moment. His sets are characterised by pulsating rhythms, catchy melodies and irresistible bass lines that guarantee a good time on the dance floor.

Seb Zito is at the epicenter of the global underground. He has lived and experienced all the key musical movements of the last 30 years, from sweaty raves to pirate radio, US garage and UK house, to classy European minimal and sleek modern techno. With such a widened palette for sounds and styles, he crafts his sets with these experiences in mind to create a unique offering that sets him apart in the world of dance music. “My aim is to make people dance with tracks that go off on the floor,” he says, “but with a sprinkle of those emotional moments that bring out those special feelings.” His dancefloor educating has taken him across the globe, from the darkest basements to biggest festival stages; Space Miami and one of the original FUSE residents, Fabric night curator, WHP Manchester, Studio 338, Elrow and most sound systems around the White Island of Ibiza have all had the pleasure to amplify Seb’s sounds. In the studio, his style is best categorized under irresistible groove, which has taken his music to most of the leading dance music labels across the world. His innate desire to not be constrained by styles or genres, to push outside of his comfort zone and disrupt expectations will forever encapsulate and keep dancers on their toes.
