Having graced iconic venues across the Midwest such as Spybar (Chicago), The Grasshopper Underground (Detroit), and The MiD (Chicago). Pete Quest has left an indelible mark on the vibrant nightlife scene. His DJ prowess has also seen him take the stage as direct support for renowned artists like Nightmares On Wax, Bruno Furlan and Dillion Nathaniel.

5-piece metalcore band MASSiVE was founded in late 2012 by Craig and Anthony, who were initially starting a pop-rock group until they made the decision to go back to their roots in hardcore. Joey was then invited to audition for the band, as they were familiar with him and his vocals from the local music scene. The trio wrote several songs together, which eventually got the attention of several producers and management companies. Not more than a year later, Rob and Emmett joined MASSiVE as the last and final additions to the group. By blending elements of thrashy metalcore with the high-energy of nu-metal and progressive rock, the band set out to create their own sound, unique among the rest. MASSiVE grabbed the attention of producer Joey Sturgis in the Fall of 2013, who then worked with them on several songs at 37 Studios in Detroit, MI. The band is currently working with director Sam Link on a series of music videos to be released Fall/Winter 2014.

AUTHOR & PUNISHER, named, “one of the most prolific acts in aggressive music,” by Noisey, has just released his first album on Relapse Records entitled “Beastland”.  His newest and most intense album recalls Ministry, channeling Godflesh, traversing through dark, uncompromising, and often disturbing soundscapes, with occasional detours into rich melodies and splinters of light. After leaving a career as mechanical engineer in Boston to focus on art and sculpture, Tristan Shone, the creator and sole artist behind AUTHOR & PUNISHER, moved west to pursue his MFA in Southern California. In the metal and machine shops of University of California, San Diego, Shone forged a relationship with design, sound and fabrication that ultimately yielded AUTHOR & PUNISHER‘s first music and mapped the journey away from traditional instrumentation towards custom made, precision machinery. Shone used his technical knowledge, along with his artistic background to create what Wired Magazine has hailed as his own “special brand of doom metal.” All aspects of the AUTHOR & PUNISHER sound begin with physical movement, limbs struggling in unison to coordinate a wall of electronic rhythm and oscillation, ultimately conditioned by an organic and loose quality absent of sequencing and plastic perfection. AUTHOR & PUNISHER performances are a real amalgamation between man and mechanisms. They are direct, physical, heavy experiences that have amassed praise and intrigue from a wide array of audiences. Pitchfork styled him “immediate but mysterious,” Stereogum described his “chilling, unrecognizable form,” and NPR hails him as “a thrill [who] fires on all cylinders.”

Brandon Losey is the owner and founder of B.Losey Beats Productions, which is located in Plainfield, Illinois. 

Most of his works are heartfelt renditions of current emotions and thoughts and are so pure and moving that you can’t help but place yourself within the instruments and sounds heard within his work.

He is still creating music, under different monikers of course, continuing to chronicle difficulties and hopefully even victories will someday be recorded in song. One such project is his rap and R&B ego known as, B.Losey.
