It came about when one morning I woke after a dream. It was so real that everywhere I turned I saw her face. Memories can be a curse or a blessing. This song I named ‘Your Memory’.

"Whispers of the East" is a composition that blends tradition and modernity into a captivating sonic story, designed to transport you through diverse cultural landscapes and profound emotions.

The melody begins with the evocative sound of a Romanian caval, wistfully singing with authentic melancholy, accompanied by the mysterious tones of a bagpipe, all supported by rich African percussion, generated by tribal drums and tabla (an Indian pair of drums). This deep introduction sets the stage for a musical experience where the ancestral meets the contemporary.

As the piece progresses, the music becomes more introspective and contemplative, reflecting a soul filled with suffering and pain. This "dark mood" is not accidental; it speaks of inner struggles, of the pain and melancholy that sometimes weave through our lives.
