This is an "improved" version of a recording I made in '95 or '96. Which means this track has been with me half my life so far. Schöneberg is a district in my hometown of Berlin (also the title of great and well-known techno track). It's where I spent a lot of my childhood, where I fell deeply in love for the 1st time, where I first kissed a girl and bought my 1st synthesizer. It's where I still live. This track's supposed to be a postivie, uplifitng instrumental hymn about life. Judge for yourself. (Schöneberg is also where John F. Kennedy said: "Ich bin ein Berliner.)"

This is a sketch for something that is cooking in my mind. 
The pic is an old SS trainingscenter that I visited during my vacation.
The view, the building, it was stunning and overwhelming, especially when you realise what the history is, invisible but very present. Hurtful.

There are many visible things nowadays that worry me. 
Then this track happened, I heard guns and boots, far away, as if from the past. 
This one is 150bpm, I also have a slower version, as if I am standing next to an army or at least an organised violent group.

I have many ideas with this track, but it's also quite delicate and CLOSE. Some day, this will find a way into a soundscape.
