We believe in working to support communities and helpful organizations financially and otherwise as much as we can. 

We work to distribute access to financial instruments used by the rich to earn more income over time without increasing labor output. 

We want as many people and great organizations as possible to have the ability to benefit from those instruments.

For now, we are focusing on one important tool: closed-end exchange traded funds. We distribute access to ETFs through cash flow contracts, which are designed to bring small amounts of money from many people together to purchase ETFs. The returns on the investments made through a cash flow contract support both the investor and the charities that are associated with that contract, and different contracts are built to support different causes through different investment strategies. By design, returns are also used to sustain the life and growth of the portfolio, repeating the cash flow cycle indefinitely. 

We are putting together a few finishing touches to this project, and will have more details and a few different cashflow contracts available before December. We can be financially sustainable overall through our cashflow agreements by earning a small fraction of the returns we bring to investors, and our music will continue to be free. Numbers and research supporting what we will be able to do are being put together between our day job shifts, and that in depth research will be complete ASAP.

Everyone deserves a healthy meal. But in some communities, healthy food simply isn't available. The GrowHaus is a non-profit urban farm and education center in one such community - northeast Denver’s Elyria-Swansea neighborhood.
The GrowHaus is based in an historic 20,000 square-foot greenhouse. We're currently using the space to grow fresh healthy greens and teach about healthy living. We also continue to renovate more of our space to accommodate increased food production, educational facilities, and a local food distribution network.

Here at The GrowHaus, we envision a world where all communities have the means to nourish themselves. Our mission is to create a community-driven, neighborhood-based food system by serving as a hub for food access, urban agriculture, education and job training.

We aim to achieve this mission through the following core values:

but raised in North Philadelphia. The 27 year old Haitian & Italian mixed rapper, 
whose been dubbed the Snap God for his raw and aggressive flow and delivery is 
hungry and ready to take over Hip Hop. The father of 3) struggled through the mean Philly streets; being shot 
numerous times; seeing many friends die by the gun or get football numbers in 
the prison system; decided he needed to be around for his kids. After his right-
hand was gunned down, it was either lock and load or carry out his homie’s 
dream for him and that was to get serious with the music. So that he did. He 
started building a team of supporters and people he could trust to carry out his 
mission. Mr. Hoodmuzik style would be considered hood, street, hardcore or 
reality music. 
His mixtape Urreadykno, which is streaming now on reverbnation, is a 12 track 
hood masterpiece. Some highlighted tracks featured on Urreadykno are: wavy nigga (the visual can be seen on YouTube), and running Philly 
No Games is another track Mr Hoodmuzik released to soundcloud that had the 
internet going crazy. It shows his lyrical skills and solidified him as a competitor 
amongst the elite. Some artist he looks up to for influence and inspiration are 
Styles P, 2Pac, Beanie Sigel, DMX, NAS and Jadakiss. Although Hip-hop is in his 
veins, he doesn’t stray far from other genres of music. “I have my own style, but I 
love all music.” “My goal is to be the most different, real and consistent rapper in 
the game,” says Mr. Hoodmuzik. He doesn’t want to sound or be compared to 
anyone else. “I just want to be appreciated by my fans and speak a message to as 
many people in this world that I can.”
