Blue Hawk Records is Monmouth University's student-run record label. Our mission is to equip students, specifically those in the Music Industry program,  with relevant, hands-on experience to familiarize them with the duties of different occupations within the Music Industry. 

Students work with other motivated and like-minded individuals, as well as experienced industry professionals, learning  the structure of business, and how to mold artists into marketable material. Blue Hawk Records capitalizes on the unique and specialized skills of these students as they participate in talent scouting, artist development and promotion, studio recording, product packaging and design, live event coordination, and marketing of the record releases.

Our primary goal is to create and stimulate a community through which we can provide students and artists alike with the skills and knowledge needed to develop into industry-ready professionals. Ultimately, Blue Hawk Records is the building block where many students will set the foundation for their careers.
