During which, I needed a way to express and get out the thoughts and feelings that were inhabiting my body, mind, and spirit. This is that expression! Whether you are going through extreme difficulty or enjoying utter bliss, this song is here to serve as a reminder to hold on and let go. Surrender to the process, as everything in this life is temporary and every moment is fleeting.
