These stems are all licensed as **non-commercial** Creative Commons, so please feel free to download and remix to your heart’s content so long as you're not charging for it.  You don’t need permission to download, remix, and share for free.  You DO need to ask for a commercial waiver if you want to sell your remix, even if you're just selling it for donations (ie: 'name your own price' on bandcamp, etc.)  In either case, just be sure to credit me and send me a link so I can listen and repost.  I love to hear them!  :)
