Some people say Rox C Brown kills it on the dance floor. She does.  

Some say she's a danger to fragile California with its deadly fires, sensitive hipsters, and shifty fault lines, but as a climate refugee, she's accustomed to  keepin it moving. Her inspiration comes from keeping an ear to the ground to know where to dig for the gems to grow as an artist and promoter of culture.

I came up in the Music (Business) where there were rules and guidelines to the way things were done. It never made sense to me.
