I had a genuine dream last night that me and you traveled the world together.
We had given each other, and promised, our lives forever.
Last nights dream made me think back to my younger days, naive, impressionable, girl crazy.
never got one though, ha!
But I always knew that one day you would be more than just a dream.
I fantasized on how things would be.
There would be more than just physical attraction.
There would be respect, less lust and more passion.
Even though we know as adults disagreements will happen.
Long as I promise to show love, less talk and more action
Making my self a better person with time, and I find that I made myself a promise to love you for life
My future wife, who ever that may be.
I'm getting myself together now, so you don't have to save me.
I've learned from past experiences that have taught me how to be better for you.
Although I still have more to learn, I will respect you, in turn, I know that you will do the same for me too.
I am hard headed as my dad has told me numerous times,
But the person that you are will understand my views even though I know deep that you are probably right
I am willing not only to see, but give you the world,
I am hoping not only to dream, but having a son and a girl.
The life that we lead definitely will not be perfect.
But I PROMISE this, It WILL be worth it.
