Nature and her way
casts a smile to my face
each and every day

for I saw her playful and free
butterflies
that sailed softly by me

they are gentle and spirited
nature nods to me

then the dragonflies appear
darting through the air
dancing without fear

their wings catch the light
like little flashes of heaven
passing through my sight

nature shows me her warmth
in everything I see

through dragonflies and butterflies
she reminds me
to be free
