Oby Nine aka Jasper Spobeck is a music producer and visual artist hailing from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. With a keen desire to delight and uplift audiences, his musical creations aredesigned to elevate moods and stimulate the senses.

Oby Nine's sound is a dynamic fusion of genres that he describes as "psychedelic disco house". His music draws inspiration from artists like Bonobo,TEED and Darius. He also loves to mix in elements of psychedelic rock like Tame Impala, Toro Y Moi, and Khruangbin.

One of Oby Nine's defining features is his use of colourful synth sounds with an organic feel. It's an element he always weaves into his music with plenty of soulful melodies.

Legendary producers such as Moods, Jarreau Vandal, Esteble and Umoja remixed the track Serotonin for his Serotonin EP. He has had national radio play on 3fm and has been praised by Gilles Peterson.

One of Oby Nine's most popular tracks, "Do Ya Thing" was selected for inclusion on the Spotify curated playlist, "Deephouse Delight."

He released several EPs and singles on labels like Push & Run Records, Wavefiles/Basserk Records, INI, and Lowriders Recordings. After winning the 5 Days Off DJ contest, Oby Nine was given the opportunity to perform at the prestigious Paradiso venue in Amsterdam.

As he continues to create and innovate, there's no doubt that he will keep audiences captivated and energized for years to come.
He  has released EP's and singles on various labels like Push & Run Records Wavefiles/Basserk Records, INI and Lowriders Recordings. 
He won the DJ broadcast DJ contest and won a spot in Paradiso at the 5 days off festival in Amsterdam.
Oby has been remixed by three legendary producers Moods, Jarreau Vandal and Esteble for his Serotonine EP. His own remix of Fela Kuti - Soldier has been played by Gilles Peterson.
