Welcome back to another Transmission broadcasting from the HER 他 Transmission Mix Series, a weekly mix series showcasing amazing artists from around the world. For the 88th edition, we bring you a mix from none other than the Berlin-based DJ and Artist, Viscerale. 

Born in Hamburg and based in Berlin since 2011, Viscerale is an artist who found her passion for selecting music at a very young age. Beginning her musical career in classical piano, it was not until 201 when her first electronic music mixtapes began to appear, which saw her soon performing in clubs and venues across Europe including a 1-year residency at Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen and frequent appearances in Paris, London and clubs like Berghain and Säule. 

Driven by strong emotions and influenced genres from techno to trance to hardcore and all stops in between. Her mixes take the listener on a journey, one with high energy and many playful twists and surprises along the way, finding her comfort zone anywhere north of 140 BPM.

We want to again thank Viscerale for putting together this special Holiday/Christmas mix for our series and wish everyone out there a very happy, safe and positive holiday period.

Ká (she/her), the newest member of BLVSH, is closing the circle as the final DJ to bring a mix to the monthly podcast series. This mix was made especially for my technodrifters far & wide in time for the Winter Solstice and the Grand Conjunct. The idea was to press play at 18:30 & drift, with the ending being aligned with the Saturn & Jupiter Conjunction at 19:37 CET. The tempo is 128bpm throughout - the optimum drifting tempo. There are added vocals throughout the mix with particular meaning & attached to specific memories of the ghosts of our ravey pasts. 

The call to arms from Maria Scaroni, technodrift creator:

'Technodrifters it’s the darkest time of year. If you have a bit of a pagan, either undercover or outed spiritual practice, you know these days are for planting intentional seeds for the returning sun. We will dance away assessing 2020 and dance intentions and wishes towards 2021. Sophie conjured a mix just for this purpose, so there is much power given already to the collective mind.

This drift is dedicated to Mariana, who vanished at the end of summer leaving many longing to have one last dance with her. A sunshine. May this dance serve your grieving in tender recognition.'
