Amateur boxer Mary-Kate Slattery talks about balancing her sporting career with a law degree, the history of women in Ireland and who inspires her. We also caught up with Yoga extraordinaire and studio owner Molly McKeever who enlightened us with tales of staying centred. Our own Cassie Stokes was MCing the event so we, of course, had to have a catch up. We spoke about growing up surrounded by strong women, the importance of being kind and garlic dip (because it's Cassie). Happy International Women's Day!
