Trauma Control was born at a time when I had fallen into the deepest hole of my life. Still, I decided to face my inner demons – to force myself to open up and let my feelings out, even if it meant walking straight through hell. And honestly, I was already stuck in the middle of it. But this track isn’t about my past or the wounds I kept buried for decades. Trauma Control is meant to be a place – a space where you feel understood. Everyday life often pushes us to keep control, even when we’ve got nothing left in the tank and we’re drowning in chaos inside. This journey unfolds in eight chapters: I – Sleeping: the quiet beginning, like being half asleep. II – Doctor’s Office: that moment stuck between fear and hope. III – Midnight Nightmares: nights full of shadows and restlessness. IV – With Ghosts: pushing down wishes and dreams. V – The Dream: a quick look into another reality. VI – Everything I Want to Forget: the struggle to let go. VII – After All: looking back at what’s left. VIII – The Answer to a Million Questions: a quiet moment of realization. With patience, affection, and maybe even just a silent hug, healing can begin. You learn how to carry the weight of the past – even when it’s trauma. And one day… one day you might be able to let love back into your broken heart.
