The Full Monty is a Rock project based in the greater Detroit area, created by Dan Harness. He combines his blues guitar playing with folk and rock/punk influences from the bands City and Colour, Green Day, Gary Clark Jr. and Foo Fighters. 
      Dan started out in a punk outfit named Explicit Bombers. The Bombers went on tours of the midwest, playing with such acts as The Flatliners, Anti-Flag, Teenage Bottlerocket, The Toasters, and Mustard Plug. They joined the record label East Grand and had the opportunity to record at the infamous Blasting Room before eventually breaking up. 
      The remaining members created a new sound and new band Epoxy. But after opening for local Lansing greats the Devils Cut and Way to Fall, the band split in September 2014. 
     After the split of Epoxy, Dan created his solo project, the Full Monty, releasing four tracks in November 2014 on SoundCloud and gaining praise from his local performances, opening for bands such as The Devil's Cut and Chris Cresswell, of The Flatliners. Full Monty is currently in the process of recording its debut full-length album.
