German producer and musician Matthias Vogt makes a highly anticipated return to iconic London-based label Anjunadeep with a brand new collaboration titled ‘Higher Love’. The track features the smooth, sleek vocals of Swedish soul singer Jonatan Bäckelie. This dreamy cut has all that it needs to take the listener drifting away. Joining Vogt on the release is rising talent Powel (All Day I Dream, Das Sind Wir), the Berlin producer turns in his own contribution in two delectable remixes.

Vor einem knappen Jahr entstand die Idee zum Titeltrack der neuesten EP von @fabiovanore. „Der Track „Ortygia“ ist vor fast zwölf Monaten entstanden, während ich unter großem Einfluss von Sounds aus Großbritannien und Labels wie Bedrock stand. Die Nummer ist etwas abseits meines eigentlichen Soundspektrums, aber ich habe ihn vom ersten Tag an geliebt und als Kind akzeptiert“, erzählt das Mitglied des Kölner Labels @incroyable-music. Herausgekommen ist ein Werk mit perkussiven Intro, überlagernden Piano-Akkorden und vielfältigen Melodien, die von einer bouncenden Bassline begleitet werden. Connaisseur and the Italians: Una storia d’amore! Lehar, Musumeci or Olderic, just a few names of Italian artists that come to mind when thinking of the past few years of the Offenbach-based imprint. Now, a new name can be added to this illustrious round: Fabio Vanore, an Italian rooted DJ and producer living in the area of Bonn. He has built himself quite a reputation both in the periphery of Cologne as the resident of the well known club Tante Rike, and with releases on the highly respected Canadian labels mircoCastle and Incroyable Music, with which he is closely connected and where his debut album will come out by end of this year.

Back to his debut on Connaisseur. When we listened to Fabio’s tracks for the first time, we instantly enjoyed the demanding energy of his productions paired with some almost uplifting moments. His music is modern, groove- and melody-driven, flirting with techno (Theory Of Light), modern indie-dance variations ("The Prince") and high energy disco ("Midnight“). A brilliant foretaste of his upcoming album.

This already stunning release is rounded up by remixes by two of the most acclaimed artists of the moment: Bawrut and Cooper Saver. Both artists took the chance to prepare an interpretation for "The Prince". Bawrut used the percussion elements and built them around a rave house monster with balls. Cooper instead used synth elements and took them into a more rocking electro scenario. Two different directions but both state-of-the-art. We couldn't be happier about this release.

Originals and remixes will be released separately with a gap of two weeks.

'Redemption' is the brand new EP from Alibi. Since signing with V Recordings in 2015 they've left a trail of beautifully crafted sonics, and this project is no exception.

Both the title track 'Redemption' and 'Unfolded' (with Phentix) hold the unmistakable, tech-driven characteristic you'd normally associate with the São Paulo duo. 'Uneasy' rounds off the release by showing their atmospheric side, previously shown on their 2018 album 'Said & Done'.

This EP continues the trend of Alibi getting better and better with each release.

Breakthrough UK duo Tibasko are quickly establishing themselves as purveyors of an epic, highly melodic and unique sound that sits somewhere between breaks, house, techno and trance. Annie Mac has been a huge supporter over the last couple of years, which has led to plaudits from BBC Introducing, naming them in The Hot List of acts in August 2019 and number three in their Ones to Watch 2020 list.  
They’ve also been named by Kiss FM as Ones to Watch for 2020 and have had previous releases on notable labels such as W&O Street Tracks and Toolroom with DJ support including Denis Sulta, Hammer, The Black Madonna and many more.
Their latest is the ‘Only You’ EP, which lands on the Another Rhythm imprint: a label to which Tibasko are far from strangers having been a part of their journey from the very start. 


A two-track release, it’s a project that’s indicative of the duo’s unique blend of electronica. With a backbone of broken beats and elegantly intertwining synths, the ravey vocal and pulsing bassline combine to evoke an atmosphere that delicately balances nostalgic yearning and visceral punch. 
Tibasko’s ability to evoke intense, heartfelt emotions while never losing sight of the dancefloor is precisely what connects them so firmly to their audience, and the new release is another prime example of their impressive alchemy.
