Closing September's Full Moon Gathering with morning psy vibes was such an incredible high -- I had the absolute best time playing to such a receptive and playful group of dancing lunatics! This one was a wonderfully small gathering and the dancefloor vibes were super thick all the way through.. and that sky! 😮 The nearby hurricane painted the most amazing show of clouds, stars and moonlight all night and morning, and even kissed us with a few raindrops. So beautiful! Thank you, Moontribe community. Dancing and playing with you is always such an incredible pleasure.

This is the opening set at 11pm, which ramps up to some funky, dirty breaks at around the 21 minute mark.

The first 20 minutes of chill and tribal house was crafted as an intro that sets the tone for the night, as the bonfire was lit in a spectacular fashion at about the  14 minute mark.

Intense but dance floor friendly.

"30 F*CKIN' YEARS!", someone shouted as this momentous occasion came to a close. 30 years of Moontribe Full Moon Gatherings -- just WOW. Such a wonderful gift to be a part of this unique community of artists, musicians, creators, dancers, lovers, family and friends, young and old. Words cannot describe what it has meant to me, and means to me to be able to participate in the "intense, but dancefloor friendly" magic that has been such a huge part of, and impact upon, my life. I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you and wish for everlasting peace and joy in yours. Thank you, Moontribe Collective. I love you.

Here is my sunrise set from day 2, a 3+ hour journey of groovy psy tunes to get your juices flowing and your brain tingling. I hope you enjoy it. Due to an issue with the original recording, I decided that I wanted to share this with you anyway, so I re-recorded it, and threw in a couple bonus tracks that I had wanted to play but wasn't able to the first time around. BNTY HNTR has been involved with the electronic music scene as a DJ/Producer since the early 90’s. His music and style has been performed up and down the West Coast, Burning Man, Idaho and as far east as Arkansas. International shows include several trips to Mexico and Canada. 

BNTY HNTR is a founding member of the Seattle based group CybeReation and also Digital Godfathers and Locos Only of Eastern Washington. He also represented the Portland based record store Chaos Existence in the early 2000’s. 

He has played alongside and opened for many artists including: Tipper, BassBin Twins, Meat Katie, Hedflux, Hive, DJ Dan, DJ Icey, Baby Anne, DJ Hype, DJ SS, and Hux Flux to name a few. 

BNTY HNTR has a deep passion for all things dark, grime, glitch, and bass. He performs many different styles from Breaks, Glitch Hop, Trap, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, Psy-Trance, and House. He has also been known to mix several different styles together in a set. One thing for sure is that BNTY HNTR will take you on a journey that will make you move your dancing feet!  

BNTY HNTR is also a founding member at Seattle weekly broken beat night Fraktured.  He is also an organizer/resident of the Seattle based Twilight Collective. 

As the pandemic and lockdowns began BNTY HNTR transitioned to broadcasting on Twitch.  He was the on of the key organizers behind the Twilight Virtual Gatherings.  Currently BNTY HNTR operates the Thetan Radio channel (www.twitch.tv/chuck_bntyhntr) on Twitch.  Thetan Radio broadcasts in two different formats, OSA Files - BNTY HNTR DJ performances and special events, Super-Shed - Co-hosted with Jeremiah Hammer this is a podcast style artist performance format.  Super-Shed broadcasts every Monday night 6:00 pm PST/9:00 pm EST.
