In the world of techno, Terence Fixmer is a highly respected figure, celebrated for his innovative and genre-defying approach to music production. With a career spanning over two decades, he has released numerous albums and EPs on some of the most prestigious techno labels. His remixing talents have extended to tracks from industry giants like Depeche Mode, Yann Tiersen, Sven Väth, Dave Clarke, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Indochine, and more.
Terence Fixmer is renowned for the quality of his live performances, gracing renowned clubs and festivals worldwide.

Chapter 1: 1998-2007.

In 1998, Terence established his own label, Planete Rouge. From 1999 to 2007, he gained worldwide recognition with the release of his debut album, "Muscle Machine," under DJ Hell's legendary International Deejay Gigolos imprint. This album masterfully blended elements of electro, industrial, EBM, and techno, pioneering a dancefloor-oriented style later recognized as "Techno Body Music." Tracks like "Electrostatic," "Body Pressure," and "Electric Vision" are still hailed as modern classics today.

In 2002, Fixmer joined forces with Nitzer Ebb's lead singer, Douglas McCarthy, to form Fixmer/McCarthy. Together, they released two full-length albums that pushed the boundaries of Techno EBM to the maximum. The album "Fixmer McCarthy Between the Devil" has earned its place as a revered classic, and the band has become iconic in the Techno EBM scene.The duo has performed their energetic live sets at numerous renowned clubs and festivals all across the globe.Fixmer/McCarthy earned respect in the global scene for their unique way of creating truly pioneering sound fusions by elegantly blending the aggression of Techno Body Music and the sensuality of Electronica.

Chapter 2: 2007-2015

Fixmer continued to expand the horizons of modern techno, releasing albums and EPs under his own name as well as various alter egos, showcasing his ability to maintain a unique sonic personality while avoiding repetition. His works found homes on highly respected techno labels such as Electric De Luxe (notably the "Comedy of Menace" album in 2010), Prologue, Jealous God, CLR (including the "Depth Charged" album in 2014), Aufnahme + Wiedergabe.

Chapter 3: 2015-2020

Terence Fixmer continued to evolve his sound in 2015. His EP "Aktion Mekanik," originally released in 2003, was reissued on Ostgut Ton, marking his entry into the Ostgut Ton family—the flagship label of Berlin's Berghain club. He subsequently released various EPs and his album "Through the Cortex."
 Fixmer's distinct sound signature remained in high demand, leading to remix requests from notable artists such as Depeche Mode, Front 242, Ellen Allien, Front Line Assembly, Arnaud Rebotini, Yann Tiersen etc..

Chapter 4: 2020- 
 
Terence produced music for Thomas Cohen (formerly of Scum) with tracks like "Braid" and "Chain of Love" on Mute Records.

Additionally, he signed with the legendary label Mute Records, renowned for its roster of innovative and influential artists. 
In 2022, he released his first album on Mute Records titled "Shifting Signals" .
His music has been used by Fashion brand, such as Prada, Raf Simons ...
A 2nd album is in the plan for 2024.

Grains of Sound is the progressive psy-trance to downtempo psychill to beatless ambient project from brothers Chris (Exeris) & Jason Sevanick, - dance, chill, or zone, they have you covered. If that wasn't enough, the brothers gained notoriety with their industrial act, Mindless Faith.

In 2017, Grains of Sound performed, among other festivals, in The Chill Dome at Ozora, the renowned global gathering. Their latest release is an EP on their own AlterCulture Records called "The Dome" which features five psychill and one beatless psybient tracks and attempts to share the amazing ambient experience of The Dome.

In 2007, Grains of Sound released their double-disc debut album "Rays of Life", comprised of Vol. 1 Down (downtempo) and Vol. 2 Under (ambient), on AlterCulture Records. Their follow up triple-disc album "Sine Language" (2010) received even greater acclaim for their exploration of different styles and energy levels. From atmospheric progressive psy-trance, to lush soundscapes and deep downtempo beats, to vast evolving layers which leave all beats behind, pure ambient intoxication. 

In 2012 Pharmacy Music released "Eager Fingers" and "Paradigm Bag" which showcased the duo's beautifully rich soundscapes driven by a progressive psychedelic trance core. So in 2013, Pharmacy asked Grains of Sound to remix "Beyond the Limit" by John "00" Fleming and Christopher Lawrence.

Grains of Sound has also had tracks featured on various compilations including most recently on BMSS Records. Grains of Sound  continues to perform in the US and Europe, past festival bookings include: Ozora (Hungary), New Healing (Germany), Life Celebration (Croatia), Goa Dupa (Poland), Zagoa (Morocco), and Gaian Mind (US).

Working as a discjockey since 2007, Leon Licht has become an all-round DJ and a chameleon of sorts. Being knee deep into Berlin’s pulsating nightlife and his full dedication to the craft have cemented his way to the top. Growing a dedicated following and earning a reputation of delivering energetic vibes. First and foremost stands his ability to adapt his style to a particular mood, place and time. Keeping both ears open for current sounds and trends. But always staying true to his inner rave spirit and matching the energy of his audience. Be it the kind of organic tech-house that sounds like tennis balls being served, fury techno for peak time or a warm blanket of sounds for after-hours.
As a lovechild of Berlin, Leon Licht’s interest for electronic music came through listening to music from 90’s Loveparade compilations and the days of MTV. His early interest and the abundance of nightlife in Berlin made for ideal conditions for his roots in rave to grow. Hanging out from Monday to Sunday in clubs grew the appetite to contribute to the scene himself. Meeting like minded people and absorbing every inch of nightlife along the way.
These days he can be found touring all over Europe, but is always eager to return home to Berlin. Where he regularly plays Wilde Renate, Kater Blau, Watergate and his ever evolving residency in Sisyphos. Where he gets hordes of people into the groove and delivers his versatile array of flavours on any floor. With a steady stream of gigs lined up, he shows no signs of taming down his relentless hunger of being part of nightlife.
