The Board of Directors is a six-member band based out of New York City, known for their dynamic sound that defies categorization, by fusing pop, rock, funk, soul, and R&B. The band was co-founded by Essay Tiger (S. A Williams) and Lady Delish (Delilah Tollinchi), who had a shared passion for creating innovative music that transcends genres. 

Steve and Delilah first met almost 12 years ago while playing in various band projects and soon realized their shared passion for creating innovative music and started to collaborate on songs. In 2018, the two musicians enlisted the talents of Kat, Nick, Shu, and Matsu, and together, they formed The Board of Directors, an eclectic and exciting group 

The band is directed by Essay Tiger, also on keys and vocals. Lady Delish and Kat Francisco, are the lead vocals, Nick West on bass. Shu Odamaru on guitar and Matsu on drums.

With The Board of Directors, music lovers can expect an experience that celebrates the diversity that resembles New York City
