Her name is Deovii,
She used to work for the Lightner family at the "Mansion of Memories",
She is now a Darkner who works as a waitress at Rook'n Fun Studio.
She appears at various times in Chapter 3 and helps Kris and fun gangs by giving them advice and items each time.
It seems that if you meet her more than 4 times, she will invite you to the "mansion"...
