Helen Denham is a singer-songwriter, public speaker, women’s rights activist and model. 

She has released a number of lyrically driven, electro-pop singles as well as an EP titled, ‘Blossom’ which she hosted a release party for in partnership with Rolling Stone. Denham is an experienced performer, headlining venues like: Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, Bowery Electric, the Bitter End, SOBs, Pianos, SoFar Sounds, Treble Tuesdays, The Mailroom, Etc.Helen is also an advocate for ending violence against women & girls. She served as the chair of UN Women’s YP Committee in NYC for two years and has hosted multiple fundraisers to directly fund women and girls in need. 

Additionally, she is the founder and host of The Lifted Podcast. It’s a space to explore consciousness, holistic healing, manifesting, and becoming the best versions of ourselves.

I just want to make music so that I can raise the consciousness level on this planet. Lets all come together in light, love and harmony through oneness with ourselves and All That Is. Enjoy.
