I am a bass player, composer, songwriter, producer and recording engineer. I am currently fronting Afflicted by Design, a guitar-driven Industrial Metal band. 

I have been playing bass & writing and recording original music, and driving the sonic bottom-end for many rock, industrial, metal and pop bands for over 20 years.

Vocalist, songwriter and guitarist, Meg Beattie Patrick, has spent years honing her skills performing varied genres including blues, jazz, R&B, Soul, and indie folk-rock at many venues in NYC, New Orleans' French Quarter and Montclair including Danny's Skylight, Don't Tell Mama, Trumpets Jazz Club, Tierney's Tavern, Hat City Kitchen, Church Street Summer Music Festival at Montclair Center Stage, and the Montclair Art Museum through the auspices of Parents Who Rock. Meg is an Emeritus Board Member of the Montclair Arts Council and Outpost in the Burbs.
