Bob has been honored five times this year as a Top Five finalist in SongwriterUniverse’s Best Song of the Month Competition. His songs Backroads and Heartstrings (October), Holdin’ Hands Again (September), When The Moon Waltzes In (May), Whispers of Forever (March), and Twilight Legends (January) each earned a place among the top entries, reflecting both his versatility and consistent artistry across genres.

September 2025 – Bob's song Brand-New Woman Blues was awarded Semi-Finalist placement in the 2025 Song of the Year international songwriting contest. The Semi-Finalist honor is the highest placement next only to the one Winner and four Finalists in each category. View placement page
