Bobsan is a Bratislava-based architect, electronic music producer, and DJ. He first appeared on the club scene in 1999 after a year of DJ training. Balancing these three time-consuming creative fields in his life, his progress has been steady rather than rapid.

To date, he has produced over 100 completed tracks, where the author would easily outnumber his listeners in play counts. He has released four DIY albums burned onto CDs—more given away than sold—one official digital album, 40x20, and his latest project, Frydays (2023), which made it onto vinyl under the Gergaz label.

“This year, I’m finally stepping forward with the firm conviction that I can create a track—composed, mixed, and mastered—that I can confidently play at the peak of a party, and it will finally not sound like a demo. Sonically and energetically, it should hold its own alongside the tracks of my biggest musical influences. Let’s see if anyone besides me notices.”
