Another pack of Prophet 12 patches programmed by BoB SwanS.


When Sequential announced at the start of the year that they had finally decided to retire the Prophet 12 Module I was inspired by all the online chatter and tributes and jumped into making another bank of patches.

As usual quite a few of them use per note modulation and Mod wheel for movement and most of them are not your usual bread and butter patches, But you probably know that already.

99 patches, Including splits, stacks and single patches. 
This time I decided I wanted to go a bit further with the Linear FM and Waveshape\Morph side of things and made lots of evolving pads and keys for you to drift off with, I included a couple of Arp's and lead synths just to even things out a bit.

Pads, Keys, Drones and more done in the usual BoB SwanS style!
I lean quite hard into the digital side of the synth in this set

My own Ambika is a 6xSVF build with the latest YAM firmware installed,
All the patches use the standard LPF so will be compatible with the majority of Ambika's out there, but you may need to install the YAM firmware to get use of the extra Oscillators included.

I programmed these patches in full 6 Voice poly mode and I have also included the MULTI file needed to configure your own Ambika to the same settings. No sequences or arpeggios are included but some patches do use the step sequencer for modulation.

Install instructions are included in the zip file

This is a 10 min demo of about 20 of the more expressive patches in the set. They are either played (very badly) or roughly sequenced in Ableton.
They all have the same reverb  applied, Tegeler Raummaschine Reverb at 20% Wet

A new bank of presets for U-he Diva.
This bank includes 120 Patches:

Classic and Contemporary 
Arps, Basses, Chords, FX, Leads, Pads, Perc and Poly Synths with lots of Mod wheel and (Poly or Mono)Aftertouch Modulation.

This set is inspired by many things, Including The Solar System,
Psychedelia, Science Fiction, IDM and Ambient Music amongst many other things.
The main inspiration is the Synth Itself, Having the ability 
to make a hybrid Mono or Poly voice synth with the quality available from U-he products is enough to send any sound designer into overdrive..............

Please take the time to listen to the audio demo's before you purchase the patches, It is a short selection of a few personal favourites, some are played live and some are sequenced.
The demo's have no fx other than the ones built into Diva and the file is not Mastered or EQ'd in any way

This demo goes through over half of the 70 patches included.
The demo was recorded in one take and edited, It includes sequences and
patches that are played live (badly) and tweaked.

The audio on the demo is recorded with
the Monologue master volume at 12 O'clock
into the line in of my audio card. No EQ is used
but I do use reverb on all the patches and some delay
on the lead and fx patches. I use Madrona Labs 
Aaltoverb and Soundtoys Echoboy.

70 Korg Monologue Patches by BoB SwanS

Mamer’s signature dombra solo album Kêngistik (meaning “sky” in Kazakh), arguably one of his best-received and widest-known works to date. Apart from tracks 3, 7, 9, 11 which are Mamer’s own composition, all tracks are interpretations of tradition Kazakh tunes. Instead of showing off his skills in the high-speed type of playing typical of dombra virtuosos, Mamer plays the dombra note by note, slowly and calmly, with heavy reverb. His approach to the instrument here, as in his other solo releases, reflects Mamer’s unique and contemporary understanding of the music tradition of his people.

The album was recorded in 2010, during the same session of Iz’s albumKөlêngkê. In the studio, Mamer involved in an argument with his friend Fei when the latter asked whether Mamer had “abandoned” the Kazakh tradition for rock music. Mamer turned the light off, recorded the whole album on dombra in one go, and left his friend with his answer: “This is my kind of tradition.”

PolyPack One - 100 New patches for Mutable Instruments Ambika/Xena

A Manchester based Producer/Sound designer and occasional DJ

BoB releases music under several names.
Most recently his FrustPhase project has seen him move into a much more experimental electronic
area, producing 2 original half hour sessions with his growing collection of hardware. 

His CutOutWitch project started with a instrumental guitar based sound and has now morphed into Synth Rock 


BoB Has also started sound design and has created preset packs for several Virtual and Hardware Synthesizers, these are available to purchase at a small fee.
