In preparing for Cascadia, I set out to choose music that would tap straight into the heart. I wanted to open people up—to connect with that deep, centered, vulnerable space where all healing and all strength reside. I wanted to remind people that we are all connected, and that there’s always a glimmer of hope when we choose to stand together—in unity, in humanity. And from that space, I wanted to call us to action: to never give up this fight for justice, compassion, and dignity for all people. Every track was chosen with intention, and I layered in speeches to help amplify the message.


I know I’m not alone in feeling paralyzed by the weight of it all sometimes. Sometimes we just need to remember: we are not alone. And there is still so much beauty, compassion, kindness, love, and resilience in this world.

I hope you enjoy this live recording of my drum & bass set from Cascadia 2025.
