Summit System #003

For our 22nd edition of Mavrica Tech, we are introducing our first Asian DJ act coming all the way from a lovely island under the name Japan. Elektronique Dweller is the music project of Japan-based DJ Yutaka Sano, who started DJing in the late 90s and was heavily influenced by Fumiya Tanaka and the Japanese techno scene of the 90s. Since then, he has been active in the Tokyo underground scene for many years. His early style was hard-hitting like Jeff Mills' DJs in the 90's, but as time went by, he became more inclined toward deep house music. In recent years, he has gravitated toward more underground and deep sounds like Rominimal. In his DJ mixes, he strives to combine the wabi-sabi feeling of Japan with the addictiveness of minimal house and the exuberance of techno. He's been showing his skills on Vinyl on his YouTube channel, in which you can subscribe and follow his dreamy path toward music.
