Federal police employ 120,000 full-time officers, plus undercovers, part-timers, informants, and officers who do not arrest directly. They don't give a fuck about the law. Traitors.

There are 18,000 state and local law enforcement agencies, with more than 1 million full-time officers and 100,000 part-time employees, plus undercovers and informants. The are 90,000 local governments in America. From 2004 to 2008, full-time employment by state and local law enforcement agencies increased by 57,000.  Sworn personnel increased by 33,000. Nonsworn personnel by 24,000. In 1992 to 2008, the growth rate for civilian personnel was double that of sworn personnel. Tyrants all.

450,000 people die every day and nobody mentions it. The world is filled with cowards and sociopaths who won't even stand up against indiscriminate global genocide when their own survival is at stake. Spineless jellyfish. Back-biting dogs. Surprisingly, Dr. Foley suffered greatly for many years and almost died from poor physical and emotional health before making several clinical breakthrough discoveries on his own.

He had no choice but to save his own life. Nobody else could do it for him. Dr. Foley believes that there was no better research laboratory than "bio-hacking" his own body.
