We have turned our backs on our natural sense awareness, we are in the age of metaverse, unexplained sightings, viruses, reality bending, hyperstition and a global network, for better or worse. Our rational world is yet to provide all the answers and it seems there is a spell, or a curse stopping our ‘best minds’ from coming close to getting a grasp on it.

Know Your Mountain expands on Booshank's work from his own "Couch Acid Recordings" imprint and his 12” on Butter Sessions 2019 12” "Operating With A Blown Mind", with this new digital EP he guides you through panoramas of ethereal organic technology, before you know it the clouds have dispersed and you are being led through a molecular crypt in total immersion.

It is a fine and delicate practice when you stray from functional music but these aural gems show a producer which has gone off the deep end in pursuit of his own musical vocabulary. The augment percussion, unstable pads and glowing synths dance on the edge of collapsing, they often do, before long they reform into new chemical compounds of this mad scientist creation.

You may want to start low and take it slow or else risk falling under the dream-like spell’s which are invoked throughout this EP. In my opinion, when confronted with a craft capable of this mystical candor, the only way out is through..

8circuit is a new project by secondnature resident Alex Markey. Liquid Link is a set of kinetic, intricately crafted tracks built on deep rhythmic foundations and enriched with his signature atmospheres.

@Otodojo (marokariya.info) is an audiovisual artist who explores sensing within the natural world, reflections of its change, and presence. With contributions to 19 releases and several digital art collections, they are approaching a sound and vision for interpreting environments they visit and embodying the translation of 'otodojo', a sound place for learning.

Labels they have released with include The Bunker NY, Acid Camp, Mint Tea, Mesma Records, Unimatrix Zero, Truncate, and their affiliated collective Microtones that they started in 2018 (microtones.info).
They have also contributed sound to the Oscar nominated animated short film Penglai (2022). 

As an audiovisual artist they have shown works with Cranbrook Art Museum (2022), RED° Tokyo Tower (2022), Otodojo Nodes (2022), Artists for Plants (2021), The Soil Factory (2021), and various promotions for dance events.

They have a doctoral degree in chemistry & chemical biology where they discovered a variety of molecules from nature. They have pivoted from academia but remain an educator by creating tutorials for visual and sound software.

Eora-based DJ, Rubric, is a familiar face in the local music community as a co-founder of dstreet & club less, as well as being one of the minds behind sound system collective, Prion Audio. No stranger to throwing and curating events, they've developed a taste and style that is dynamic and immersive, while also being constantly in flux. DJ Eft is a terrestrial amphibian with roots in NJ & Philadelphia. The now Portland based DJ, producer, designer, animator, & "World Healer" has spent time slinking through the mycelial forest duff, sampling the sounds and flavors of the PNW old growth and ocean. Eft is a natural farmer with a strong connection to the cycles of nature and makes contact with the spirits regularly which guide his ethereal selections in ambient, hypnotic techno, dub techno, trance infused tech-house, 4th world, and experimental IDM. 

I first met DJ EFT, also known as Mugwert at Aqua Lucidity, a festival on the sunshine coast last year. I awoke in my tent the Saturday morning after a heavy session to amazing selections I initially thought were coming from the main and only stage. Instantly drawn to the post night early morning DMT energy coming out of his portable mini rig - we became friends. 

I later in the summer travelled down to Canyon Vibrations in Oregon to watch EFT play the downtempo stage where I entered into another realm from his selections. 

Anyway stoked to have the homie on the Inc.ternational series where we're searching far and wide for those off kilter and beautiful moments in music out of the mundane and formulaic. 

EFT has delivered a Weirdos inc. Mix for sure and i'm sure you'll enjoy!

Hence Therefore is a Sydney-based producer and DJ who specialises in hypnotic, driving dance music. His latest effort is Waste Frontier, released late last year on DJ Pitch's All Centre, which follows a clutch of releases on his and Jo Nee's 3BS Records.
