SubMarine - Shamane (Wingz Remix) [Premiere]

Seville based drum and bass producers State of Disorder & Skorp return to the South Yard camp with another 2 track release.

The first track is called Resonate and it feels like a reminisce of the 2008 era of drum and bass oriented on the deep and dark strains of the genre.

The second track is called Overall, featuring Skorp. This one brings the new wave of deep minimal drum and bass to the release making it wide ranged, being able to jump in most of the dj sets.

'From The Vaults' is a tribute to Renegade Hardware's 30 year history and ongoing influence in the Drum and Bass scene. Each instalment in this series showcases standout remixes of classic tracks, bringing a fresh perspective and modern twist to the label's iconic sound.

The third instalment features four exceptional remixes that promise to captivate both long-time fans and new listeners alike. The EP opens with a powerful remix by Taelimb, delivering an innovative take on Chase & Status’ ‘Ten Tonne’. The second track sees Kolectiv offering a high-energy rendition of Konflict’s ‘Maelstrom’, blending contemporary elements with the original's timeless essence. On the third track, Ben Kei pushes the boundaries with a bold reinterpretation of Loxy & Dylan’s ‘ Death March’, while the final track, remixed by Dushi, closes the EP with a dynamic and engaging version of Raiden’s timeless classic, ‘Fallin’.

Renegade Hardware continues to be a cornerstone of the Drum and Bass community, renowned for its commitment to quality and its influence on the genre. The 'From The Vaults' series is a testament to the label's enduring impact, showcasing both the rich legacy and the innovative future of drum and bass music.

With two more parts to come before the full album release in August, 'From The Vaults' is set to be a landmark series that celebrates the past, present, and future of Renegade Hardware.

Nothing seems to stop the young French label Hyperactivity Music as it comes back with its sixth release in less than a year.

This time, it’s the young Midn8runner who is at the command of this brilliant single. Native of southwestern France, he is certainly not an unknown name with already several releases on multiple labels like Eat my Records, Bay 6 & Soul deep.

'Ambitions' : After a catchy intro led by piano sample & female vocal, the track turns into a proper banger with its rolling drum sounds and distorted Reese bass. The perfect mix between softness and energy.

'Resolution' : This track is what is generally expected of a d&b track : Big, Bad & Bouncy. As simple as that. Quite minimal & ultra efficient, its naughty bassline definitely will make some damages on the dancefloor.

Rolling Drums and Funky Basslines make for an interestingly alluring sound on the young German producer's first Boey EP. 
With a Throwback style but forward thinking vibes, Oxytocin is already on the way to forming a unique attention grabbing sound. 

Grooves fit for the dancefloor and vibes perfect for home listening, there's something for all on this 3 track, that really showcases the early development of this extremely promising artist. 

"Fargo" gets us off to a Rollin' Start with crsip breaks and interesting structure variation throughout it starts the EP off with a perfect balance of style and energy. 

"Lovebreak" is the track that originally caught our attention at the label! Vibes reminiscent of the funkier and more rollin' side of the Early 2000's sound, with a groovy Vocal and Hook this track really got us all grooving at the label and has been getting a great response on the dancefloor. 
 
"Make Them Change" is a great progressive roller with a lot going on but still manages to be straight to the point, with solid production this contrasting track capture both a laid back and upfront vibe all in the same stroke, great work and another stand out track from the German upcomer.

Australian Producer Muted Hue makes his Boey Debut via a versatile and interesting 4 Track EP.

"Impasse" is a contrasting deep roller with an errie intro, bright vocal chops and a whipping bassline. The Straight to the point style captures the attention with the interesting variations and structure holding it begining to end.

The EP's Title Track "Inkling" takes us on a deeper route. A lush and soft vocal against a laid back rhythm and well crafted textures come together to create a unique vibe. 

The Australian upcomer yet again shows his versatility with "Slide Away", featuring more lush vocal work and fresh deep vibes, this time with a more melodic meaning and a nostalgic lick. All elements moulded well to compliment the tone set by Muted Hue through the release. 
 
"Uncharted" bring the EP to a perfect close. With crisp drums, interestingly contrasted Atmos and Bassline coupled with Muted Hues's solid production make this one a stand out track on the EP for us here at Boey.

Yet again we must say we are very proud to introduce yet another fantastic but realtivily unkown artist to our Roster.
Another totally unique vibe for Boey's second official release. All of us at the label are really happy to be getting the chance to bring it to your ears as we feel it deserves to be heard!
