1, 2 … 3 is … OTB. O Tannenbaum is freaktown. Active as a project space, a bar and mini club in Berlin since 2008, this place has hosted a countless number of ... a bit of everything. Now located on the one and only one hill of the inner part of NK, shades of shapes can be usually seen in the early morning hours, slightly moving behind the multi color fringe door curtains. Stuck in between perdition and education, this institution should be understood as way much more than only that. Hideout for bright dreams and lost wishes, the OTB offered and still offers a shelter for a whole musical and artistic scene, always dedicated to those who know how and those who don't know how at the same time, always without distinction.
In this 7 hour radio show you will hear what a night or week of O Tannenbaum might sound like. There are 9 mixes, 7 by Tannenbaum resident DJ's and 2 by their owners, both from the Netherlands, Pieter Kock aka DJ Peacock and Hamy Caldwell aka Squeaky.

Hi, Hallo und aufgepasst, der verlängerte Atem widmet sich heute der verlängerten Lebenszeit von Dingen. Dafür machen wir einen Betriebsausflug in die Verwaltung der Herzen und bilden uns weiter: Linker Lungenflügel voll mit Loslassen, rechter Lungenflügel voll mit Behalten. Kreislaufatmung, nennt man das. Denn so funktioniert ein Fundus, irgendwie hebt man alles auf, irgendwie gibt man alles weiter. Ohne so ganz genau zu wissen wohin die Reise eigentlich geht, wann sie losgeht und wer dabei ist. Irgendjemand wird das Flugzeug schon noch brauchen können, die Luftmatratze als Floß verwenden, oder den Obstkorb als Fahrradhelm. Wir verneigen uns vor so viel selbstloser Perspektive und all den Archiv-Assen und Vewaltungs-Passionatas, die dahinter stecken und immer noch irgendwo ein Prisma aufhängen. Sammeln, Archivieren, Weitergeben, mit jedem Atemzug hauchen wir den Dingen wieder Leben ein. Lets dive deep, bis in den letzten Regalboden, Sauerstoffflaschen auf den Rücken, Schwimmflossen an und los: Der verlängerte Fundus, heute live & und direkt aus der Hanseatischen Materialverwaltung. C'est la rentrée pour le Nocturama Show ! Pour ce premier épisode, Oksa, reçoit le talentueux MR TC. Basé à Glasgow, ce dj/ producteur multiplie les facettes de son univers, entre leftfield electronic et atmosphère psychédélique par des productions très remarqué par des labels comme Optimo music, Neubau, Hard Fist ou encore Mustena records. Une popularité qui lui aura permis de quitter son berceau pour s'exporter régulièrement à l'international sur des scènes comme le Panorama Bar, Dekmantel, Béton, 20/44 ou comme plus récemment, Macadam lors de la Club Combo avec Oksa. Pawel Blot's new android-robo-mix is up. In early 2000s the adopted child of Crème Organization family, playing alongside the Créme crew, now locked in an Amsterdam basement dropping a special mix on occasion. Known mostly for his Mimoza Trilogy and various mixes for the good-old CBS, he established a sort of eclectic style and a certain unique mysterious and romantic vibe. Expect soundtracks, italo, electro, and horror synth obscurities. Enjoy!

The Utrecht-based BÖHM is someone who you should study on due to his impressive trackrecord. As a DJ, Producer and Co-Founder of the legendary 030303 collective it is safe to say that he is a crucial part of the foundation of the (Utrecht) underground scene for many years. Aside from the 030303 legacy, BÖHM has an impressive solo career as a producer and is rapidly firing out killer records over the last couple of years. Both his gigs and productions are showing his signature style based on Acid bleeps, floating synth sounds, Chicago & UK House influences and old school techno and breakbeat bases. An appealing mix which makes him unique in his field. His talent got picked up by several record labels such as the legendary CLONE records, Steffi’s Dolly records, M>O>S Recordings and a “Dutch Series” on Partout.
