A.L.P. presents his monthly show: Take Notice A diverse one-hour trip to sharing genre-bending tunes in different forms. Aiming to open up a layered world of music where friendly grooves are seamlessly mixed with heavy basslines.

Yopo is always one step ahead of the curve. His work at Clone Records ensures that but what stands him apart is what he does with that musical knowledge: he can either melt minds with his club-ready DJ sets of house, techno and electro, or when on the radio, hosting a stream or playing a heady listening session he will lay out experimental ambient trips full of narrative and steeped in musical research. Within each of these two distinctive sound worlds, there are no limits to where he might go.

Max:

I played a lot of upcoming stuff from some of my favorite new labels for the first 35 mins or so. It’s just stuff I thought went well together. Electro from Australia, garagey stuff, some breaky stuff. Played a few from Credit 00s recent EP on his Rat Life label, a definite favorite from me.

Mitch:

I went with a fairly wide blend of old and new stuff. A classic Bam Bam acid track, some stuff on Brokntoys which has been one of my favourite labels over the past few years, a Storage Media track on Ebeamz which went under the radar last year. Then a couple of brand new records I got through my door that day including the new Redlight record from UTTU. We basically just put a mix together we felt we would play in the club.
