SUCHI presents Ikke Sant, a fresh imprint founded on dancefloor exploration and experimentation. The label’s debut is Sub Cut and comes courtesy of its founder; three tracks of shimmering psychedelia in hybridised club fun.

Ikke Sant, a Norwegian phrase that loosely translates to “isn’t it?, not true?”. For SUCHI, it's an effervescent inspiration that informs her approach to dance music and provides the title to her beloved Rinse FM residency. That radio show dutifully showcased her myriad of influences while clarifying her remarkable hybrid style as a DJ. Now, she extends its operations to a label. A natural progression, offering an opportunity to host her own productions while delving further into label curation.

SUCHI provides the label's inaugural release with Sub Cut. Across three tracks, she delves into the entrancing and playful, with familiar patterns coming unstuck with alien textures and dissonant sounds. The title track struts with mischievous energy, a roller that writhes amongst throbbing didgeridoo patterns and circular bassline. Every Pan Has A Lid gurgles in psy-eyed hypnosis, the shuffling percussion rides wonky alongside processed vocals interspersed with club-addled drama. Propeller digs deepest, its heightened tempo summoning celestial arpeggios while its charged low-end pumps deep for an eyes-closed finale.

“This last track on the EP is the most melodic and positive energy-filled on the project. The idea was to create a track that reflects who I am and is also a little more mainstream, with the aim of making this first EP accessible to as many people as possible. It has a Mall Grab-style dance vibe, which means the track can be played both outdoors and in the middle of the evening.”

“I wanted to make a techno/break track sound like a jungle track, with strong percussion punctuating the beat over a very UK bassline. Chords reminiscent of PS2 games and a fairly serious but above all very hype overall atmosphere. To sum up, I tried to create a UK track in my own way. The track that inspired me was very different, though (Love by Luke Slater).”

Adult Hits makes dance music that sweats, mutates, and smiles back at you. A co-founder of Sensory Signal and a fixture in the Los Angeles underground, he builds worlds from percussion — grooves that start as a pulse and end as possession. His sound leans toward the playful and the psychedelic: prog swung through breaks, acid melted into color, humor folded into hypnosis. There’s always a wink in the chaos, a kind of sly confidence that comes from knowing exactly how the room will move.

Attitude Drums EP packs a sassy, proggy punch - square in the chest.  Euphoric wobbles and wibbly ear~candy collide with psy~esque licks and naughty breaks.  No rest for the wicked, Adult Hits flirts across the EP with raw personality; his locked-in percussion, trippy pads and nasty vocal chops carry the floor effortlessly. 

Etari refracts “The Field” through her dream logic — soft edges, deep pulse, and the kind of drums that feel both organic and otherworldly. It’s humid, emotional, and alive — an echo of L.A. nights when everything blurs just right.
