Home to forward-thinking house, trance, and techno, PIFF Records boasts a diverse yet united musical output. Cosmic, dub-driven techno, atmospheric house beats, and everything in between coalesces under the imprint’s distinctive output of thoughtful, club-ready sounds. All aspects of PIFF Records come together on this release as the featured artists balance the cerebral and visceral in their productions.

Cybernet kicks off the release with Resonant Shifter. Pumping kicks lay the foundation for captivating synth arpeggios and warped call and response basses in this ‘90s-inspired cut of contemporary progressive trance. The perfect soundtrack for any location from sunset on the Ibiza seafront to sunrise as the shutters open at a warehouse rave.

Goa elements are out in full force on Hoe Down, courtesy of Glen S. Squelchy 303s, low textures, and metallic arpeggios resonate above a pulsating bassline and weighty kicks, relentlessly pushing forward and ascending to a new sonic dimension - taking you along for the ride.

Body Clinic substitutes the progressive trance for progressive house on Love X, bringing down the tempo but keeping intensity intact. An infectious, syncopated plucked bassline dances around groove-rich drums, psychedelic effects and leads indebted to early ‘90s releases. A masterful blend of the past, present, and future together on one track. 

Closing the EP with Empty Clip, Tom Jarmey disrupts the 4x4 rhythms of the preceding tracks with a genre-bending cut of electro-infused breaks. Two-step drums are matched with clinical sound design, deep basses, and mystical arpeggios. Sure to add depth to any set and turn heads in the process.

Side A kicks off with Anatole Serre's “Hyperdulia,” a high-tempo blend of drums, breakbeats, and subtle seduction. It’s followed by Xialin's percussive “Breath of Water,” a heavenly yet pulsating journey.

The B-side is dedicated to a dream-like, colorful sensation. Feenicks' “All Fairies Tell Tall Tales,” closing banger layers uplifting trance with a touch of new wave. Wrapping up the compilation, Alfred Czital’s “Sunday Morning Routine” is a fast, progressive, and supersonic contribution, showcasing his latest signature style.

DJ Physical returns to the core of his craft with "Beware of the Cool Kids", a six-track E 
released under his label Young Savage. In this project, he explores his roots while
affirming his unique, genre-defying style. Blending lo-fi house sounds with his raw and
authentic aesthetic, this EP invites listeners to question appearances and resist hasty
labels and classifications.

Inspired by the 90s house sound of New York and Chicago, this project reimagines
those influences with contemporary rhythms where groove and breakbeat collide to
create a distinctly modern energy. Each track embodies a rich musical pulse that
remains true to DJ Physical’s DNA: an impulsive, raw, and uncompromising signature
sound.

With "Beware of the Cool Kids", DJ Physical celebrates the power of musical diversity,
inviting listeners to break free from conventions and transcend genres. This EP offers a
vibrant and genuine exploration, drawing audiences into the artist’s unique universe
while reaffirming his authentic and inimitable approach to electronic music.

Following on last year‘s 5th volume of ‘Deep Heet‘ series, UK techno‘s front runner Luke Slater committed to cutting-edge, thought-provoking sounds teamed up with renowned names to reassemble tracks from PAS‘ long standing opus and recent releases.

Reassembled features standout contributions from former Ostgut Ton label-mate Len Faki, techno master Chlär, DJs favourite producer Rene Wise, Spanish techno figurehead Oscar Mulero, and Slater himself.

Driving drums, hypnotic vocals, and a subtle acid flair, Berlin-based techno powerhouse Len Faki delivers his reassembled take on ‘Give It Up‘. Chlär reimagines ‘Strange Attractor‘ embodying slick weaving eerie sonic elements and hypnotic vocals. On the second reiteration of ‘Give It Up‘, Len Faki delivers escalated urgency resounding through the track. Following with the prolific Oscar Mulero tweaking timeless sounds of ‘Surface Noise‘. Rene Wise ventures into deeper, darker, less straight-forward territories with Luke Slater‘s 2017 ‘Raid‘ track. Oscar Mulero double downs on ‘Surface Noise‘ with a more raw, more chaotic and experimental version. Focused almost solely on percussive elements of the original track, it‘s an elegance reimagined.

Slater contributes three closing tracks, including Rip The Keys, a housier, glossy techno rendition; Desert Races, transformed into a fast-paced dancefloor cut; and Engage Now To Surface, which plunges into distorted depths to round off the release.

Fuaim enters a new phase of its club-rooted evolution with a propulsive three-tracker from UK talent Wigs — a fast-rising force whose barrelling basslines and psychedelic finesse are reshaping the landscape of progressive trance and house.

With previous outings on labels like Goddezz, Neptune Discs and Habibi Bass, Wigs has been steadily refining a sound that merges late-night weight with crisp, trance-inflected clarity.  On Pressure Control, he delivers his most focused work to date, four tracks tuned for heavy rotation. 

Opener “Move It To The Sound” kicks things off at full throttle—alarm-synths and driving low-end wrapped in hypnotic propulsion. “Closer Into Me” shifts into sleazier territory: breathy vocal cuts and tribal swing locked into a heady, seductive rhythm that fits the late, foggy hours of the night. “Fly By” follows with a radiant, bass-driven cut that channels the same hypnotic pressure through a slightly brighter lens. Etari brings her signature LA-crafted depth to a remix of “Closer Into Me,” stretching it into a restrained, textured flip that bridges groove and atmosphere.

Pressure Control expands on Fuaim’s evolving identity: rooted in progressive house and trance, but stripped of nostalgia and charged with modern psychedelic force.
