Folamour, Demuja, Pontchartrain, Mangabey, DJ Sano on one EP? Yes!

Toy Tonics come up with the LOST TOY TONICS MIXES EP. 
These tracks came out on Toy Tonics as digital releases or bonus tracks over the last years. 
As they had such great feedback, they now come together on a 4 track vinyl. 
Folamour’s remix of french producer Mangabey was one of their biggest stream hits  (4 mio. plays till now on Spotify). Demuja made a whole Toy Tonics EP 3 years ago that pushed his career a lot. "Brissy" was a key track. 
Felipe Gordon made 2 EPs on Toy Tonics, but the "Pontchartrain remix" was released only as a bonus digital remix. And Sano, from Colombia, usually releases on Public Possession. He made a one off EP with Kapote 2 years ago. It was just a digital release back then. So here comes the massive "Sabrosito Tool" on vinyl finally. Sick latin house track!

Brooklyn based label, Razor-N-Tape, has been pumping out delicious selections of contemporary house music since 2012. They’re back to tease our end of summertime sadness with one last block party banger. However, this time around they have relied on beats from across the pond – London-based producer Alistair Gibbs, better known as Nebraska, to be exact. Like many of our favorite house artists, Nebraska comes from the golden age of sample-based hip hop, making him well-suited for utilizing soulful excerpts in developing his funk-filled discography. The latest addition in his long list of tracks that stretch back to the early 90s is an original titled Usin’ Me, which features remixes from the likes of Lovebirds, The Revenge, and someone who we are lucky to feature below.

Harlem native, DJ Nature hops on a remix of Nebraska’s “Usin’ Me” to remind us that summer’s never over. Traveling through a smoldering baseline, DJ Nature goes deep into the jungle. His slowed down percussion-rich rework vibrates. Chimes, shimmering snares, and rattling hats gleam through the heavy atmosphere of the track. Shakers become rattling snakes and the borrowed squelches start to sound like bird calls over this airy bongo groove. Whether you're in the forest or on your walk to the train, DJ Nature is sure to ease you gently into the approaching chill.

"I made the album this spring during an intense creative period back home in Stockholm. I was obsessed with my studio, I wanted to spend all my time awake there. I found out I was getting evicted from it, this sudden chock turned into a decision to do this album. It made sense, like an "end of an era" thing. I was pretty isolated back then, spending almost all my time outside of the studio with my daughter Bozi. She snapped the cover photo while I was picking out records for a gig. I never wanted to leave the studio during these months, but I realise now how the breaks with Bozi worked for the process - they gave me space to reflect on the music I was making.
