Rob Pearson & Paul Donton - Walking Monsters

The dynamic production pair Rob Pearson and Paul Donton return with their second Long Player, another 12 Track original studio album exclusive for Bombis Records.

'Walking Monsters' follows on rather nicely from the success of their debut LP 'Keys To The Kingdom' that included the single 'Visualize' which was one of the most downloaded promotional tracks on Beatport! This saw Rob & Paul collaborate with the legendary voice of House Music Mr Robert Owens for a cracking deep electronic Tech House floor filler.


Following their first album the duo have been hard at it relentlessly releasing quality output with a string of EPs on labels including Bosh Recordings, Cue Music, Slightly Off as well as their own imprints Bombis Records / Evasive Records and Drugsex Recordings.

Not content with all that being their lot Rob & Paul continue with the accelerator pedal firmly held to the deck. They created their own self imposed studio lock down in their North Yorkshire production lab well before the official government lock down took place. Honing and further deepening their joint production sound, the resulting output is this, their second Album 'Walking Monsters'. 12 cuts of what the pair loosely call 'Proper Tech House' just as it should be. Getting back to the original values of just creating music that doesn't necessarily pertain or fit to any one persons description of the genre. Removing the constraints, confines and barriers from the commercialised website chart definition of the 'Tech House' term and simply borrowing the best elements of House and Techno to create a vibe that the right people will understand and move to.
